Our ongoing research aims to support the development of policy and practice in the voluntary sector, as reflected in the following research.

The UK Civil Society Almanac: Workforce, 2015

This chapter of the Civil Society Almanac focuses on the paid workforce of the voluntary sector. It explores the key trends and characteristics of the voluntary sector's workforce including data from 2005 to 2014. The Almanac was produced by NCVO in partnership with the Third Sector Research Centre, and with support from Sarasin and Partners.
